Chalet Brunner 2 is a spacious 3-bedroom holiday apartment with a garden terrace located on the 1st floor of the recently built and very charming Chalet Brunner. Constructed to the highest specifications, it’s a desirable ski-in / ski-out property, conveniently located next to the ski piste and just a 650m ski or walk downhill to the centre of the family-friendly “car-free” village of Wengen.
This apartment sleeps up to 6 people:
Bedroom 1 = 1 king-size double bed
Bedroom 2 = 2 single / twin beds
Bedroom 3 = 2 single / twin beds
All beds are European sizes.
Bathroom 1 = bathtub with shower overhead and WC
Bathroom 2 = shower and WC
Bathroom 3 = WC / toilet only
Apartment location - being just a 650m walk downhill to the train station, 600m to the nearest supermarket, ski piste outside and 650m to the cable car and nursery ski slopes, mountain hiking trails and ski areas are just literally on your doorstep!
Staying at Chalet Brunner in summer, you have hiking and walking trails at your doorstep! Relax on the sunny terrace or dine al fresco while taking in the crisp mountain air and enjoying the dazzling views of the Jungfrau. Coffee on the terrace anyone?? What you should know...
Although Wengen is a "car-free" mountain village, arriving by car is no problem. There is a large multi-storey car park at Lauterbrunnen train station, with trolleys for your luggage and lifts to the station platforms. It is just a 14-minute scenic cog train ride up to Wengen. The trains depart every 30 minutes until 9.30 pm and then hourly. Taxis are available for hire at Wengen train station if you require assistance to your chalet.
For those planning to explore the Jungfrau region, we at Wengen Apartments offer the convenience of purchasing tickets on your behalf. Please contact us before your arrival to arrange this service.
As part of your booking, a mandatory non-refundable damage waiver of CHF 35 is required. This waiver offers you protection against accidental damage during your stay, ensuring peace of mind without the need for a traditional refundable security deposit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a fantastic rental apartment in Wengen, Switzerland, and it exceeded all expectations. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had breathtaking views of the surrounding Alps. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station and local shops, yet incredibly peaceful. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the host was extremely welcoming and responsive to any questions. Waking up to the stunning mountain scenery every day was a highlight. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Wengen!

Chalet was extremely well appointed. Lovely contemporary finishes. Very spacious (we were four adults and two children). Ski-in / ski-out was a massive bonus. Good location for a short walk into the village.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Sitting eating fresh apple strudel on the terrace staring at the snow-capped mountains in the blue sky whilst listening to the cow-bells ringing was like something from a fairy tale! The Chalet was perfect, spacious, spotlessly clean and modern. We mostly ate out in Wengen but the kitchen had everything you would need to cook for yourselves. The views were amazing. Having a washing machine made a real difference too in the middle of a long multi-stay trip. In fact everything was so fantastic that although this was our first trip to Switzerland it won't be our last - we are about to book the same chalet again for next year! Wengen was friendly, it had all the facilities we needed and there were lots of beautiful places to visit in the area. Julie at Wengen apartments was very responsive to all our questions and provided us with any information we needed. We cannot recommend Wengen apartments or Chalet Brunner 2 enough for a family holiday.

We had a wonderful stay in Wengen. Chalet Brunner was perfect size for our family of 6 easy access to ski and grocery. Julie is super responsive and committed to being a great host - we had a tiny emergency (ski injury) that she helped us to solve wisee more

Highly highly recommend this chalet and host - this is our third experience in Wengen and it's amazing every time.

This apartment worked perfectly for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked and very functional. We enjoyed coffee every morning and drinks every afternoon on the patio with mountain views. We were so glad that we found a taxi to bring our bagssee more

We were so glad that we found a taxi to bring our bags up to the apartment, it is a long walk straight uphill with bags.
