What you should know...
Although Wengen is a "car-free" mountain village, arriving by car is no problem. There is a large multi-storey car park at Lauterbrunnen train station, with trolleys for your luggage and lifts to the station platforms. It is a 12-minute scenic train ride up to Wengen. The trains depart every 30 minutes until 9.30 pm and then hourly. Taxis or luggage transport are available for hire upon arrival at Wengen train station if required.
For those planning to explore the Jungfrau region, we at Wengen Apartments offer the convenience of purchasing tickets on your behalf. Please contact us before your arrival to arrange this service.
There is a double sofa bed in the living room for the 5th and 6th guests.

We spent 12 great days at the Chalet, which was a very convenient short walk into the town.
The Apartment was well appointed, has a very well stocked kitchen, is light and airy and has tremendous views from the large balcony,

Would highly recommend a stay here, we would love to return. |
